Job Summary

Student Affairs Assistant II in Simon K.Y. Lee Hall(Ref. 533548) (to commence as soon as possible on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme totaling up to 10% of basic salarywith the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance)

Applicants should possess a good University degree preferably with experience in student have good communication interpersonal and organizational skills; good command of written and spoken English Cantonese and Mandarin; computer literacy preferably with experiences and proficiency in using design sense of responsibilityable to work independentlyand being a good team player are essential.

The appointee will assist the Hall Management Team to develop and execute various initiativesonhall development areexpected to strengthen the connection between students alumni the community and other stakeholders while creating opportunities for students in different aspects of hall education. The appointeeisalsorequiredto assist indailyoffice administration andoperation plus any other duties assigned by the Hall Management regular office hourswill be required.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
