Head of Product

Were looking for a Head of Product who thrives on challenges and obsesses over the details that make users stay play and come back for more. Youll be the strategic and creative force leading Gamdoms entire product ecosystem - casino sportsbook UX engagement monetisation and everything in between.
Youll drive the vision lead our product team and work cross-functionally with design engineering marketing and operations to make sure every new feature flow and innovation aligns with one thing: delivering the best possible experience to our players.
This isnt a role for maintenance-mode managers. Its for a product leader who wants to build innovate and scale a product that stands out in one of the most competitive markets in the world.

What Youll Do:

• Define and execute Gamdoms global product strategy spanning casino sportsbook and new verticals.
• Lead and inspire a cross-functional team of product managers designers and data specialists.
• Identify growth opportunities optimise for user delight and prioritise initiatives that move the needle on engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with leadership to align product goals with company growth targets and vision.
• Push the envelope on innovation from new crypto integrations to social features that make gaming more interactive and rewarding.
• Translate player feedback and behavioural data into actionable improvements.
• Build systems that make Gamdom the most player-first platform in crypto gaming.

What You Bring:

• 6 years of product leadership experience in a fast-moving tech crypto or gaming environment.
• Proven success scaling products with millions of users or high transaction volume.
• Deep understanding of user behaviour product strategy and market dynamics.
• A sharp analytical mindset paired with creative intuition can balance data with instinct.
• A genuine love for the product will build
• Strong communication skills you can align teams across continents and keep everyone fired up.
