Pay Range: 2000 - 2500 USD/month (Final offer depends on client approval and overall assessment of candidate skills and experience)

Role Overview
We are urgently seeking an Account Executive to join our team as a Direct Hire and embed with one of our high-priority B2B SaaS clients. This is a crucial high-impact role with an expected start date within 1-2 weeks. You wont just advise; youll be on the front lines acting as the interim sales engine to help the client achieve its immediate capacity needs and build a foundation for long-term sales success.
Key Responsibilities
- Deal Ownership and Closing: Own and manage the full sales cycle for the client focusing on closing deals with a value range of $30000 to $50000 USD.
- Pipeline Management: Proactively manage leads facilitate their movement through the sales pipeline and maintain accurate forecasting.
- Sales Strategy & Consulting: Act as a consulting AE collaborating directly with the QC Growth team and the client to analyze current sales performance build organized sales processes and refine the go-to-market strategy.
- Client Integration: Seamlessly integrate into the clients day-to-day operations and team culture to build trust and ensure a unified approach to sales execution.
- Process Refinement: Help document test and implement scalable sales motions and frameworks that the client can eventually adopt long-term.
Qualifications
- 37 years of proven B2B SaaS Closing Experience: A strong verifiable track record as an Account Executive Sales Manager or Closer in the B2B SaaS space.
- Specific Deal Size Experience: Demonstrated success in managing and closing deals with an average contract value (ACV) or total contract value (TCV) in the $30K to $50K range.
- GTM Expertise: Familiarity with modern go-to-market strategies sales motion development and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced ambiguous startup sales environment.
- Communication & Critical Thinking: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills coupled with the ability to think critically solve complex problems and adapt quickly.
- Experience working in or selling to technical buyers (developer tools infrastructure or AI a plus).
- Startup experience you understand how to operate without a big brand name or perfect process.
