Location: In-office Melrose Arch Johannesburg
Working Hours: US Hours 1:00 PM 10:00 PM (Night Shift)

At VATIT STREAM we are transforming the way companies move goods across borders. Our innovative online platform simplifies logistics compliance tax administration registration services international tax recovery and global shipping through a trusted global network of logistics partners.

As a fast-scaling division of the VAT IT Group STREAM has grown rapidly since 2018 and continues to expand. We are now looking for a driven and client-focused Account Manager to join our team.

Please note: This is a night-time role aligned to US business hours and is fully in-office. Reliable transport to and from Melrose Arch is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow a portfolio of international clients
Act as the primary point of contact ensuring excellent service delivery
Build strong long-term client relationships
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell STREAM solutions
Coordinate with internal operations compliance and logistics teams
Ensure accurate onboarding documentation and ongoing account management
Resolve client queries efficiently and professionally
Maintain CRM records and provide regular reporting

Requirements:

Proven experience in Account Management Client Services or a similar role
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills
Comfortable working US hours (1pm10pm)
Willingness to work in-office at Melrose Arch
Reliable transport is essential
