Job Summary

JOB DESCRIPTION

Drive projects through all phases (Initiating/ Planning/ Executing/ Monitoring/ Closing). Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution achieve time cost and scopes of multiple projects.
Develop detailed project plans follow scope schedule cost and quality target.
Coordinating and managing activities of cross-functional teams to make sure projects run follow plan.
Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
Communicating and monitoring stakeholders throughout project life cycle
Monitor progress and manage all changes related to scope time and cost.
Tracking all project costs events and making sure that all data and documents are in place.
Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders.
Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders.
Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables.
This position will be based in Hanoi office (Me Tri area) but need to travel to manufacturing plant as the job required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor degree (Technical backgound is prefered)
Holding English certificate is a plus
Word/ Excel/ Powerpoint are mandatory MS Project is prefered.
PMP certification is a plus
At least 2-3 years working as project manager or project engineer or similar position (prefer expericence in manufacturing plant).
Good at English speaking and listening are required.
Able to communicate well with multy-functional team and collaborate with them to achieve target
Good analytical skill and problem-solving
Possess experience in a manufacturing environment
Understanding project management methologies.
