We are looking for a Senior Campaign Management Specialist to drive credit card spending increase customer engagement and maximize customer lifetime value through effective campaign and communication management.
In this role you will own end-to-end (E2E) campaigns for the credit card portfolio from customer insights campaign design and execution to performance measurement using channels such as ZNS email SMS and digital platforms.

What You Will Do
Campaign & portfolio performance
- Design and manage spend/usage campaigns (activation reactivation category boosts seasonal offers merchant tie-ups).
- Coordinate cross-functionally (Product Data Ops Risk Sales) for E2E execution.
- Track and improve KPIs: activation spend per card engagement retention attrition.
Engagement & customer journey
- Build and optimize customer journeys for new active inactive and high-value segments.
- Run interactive & personalized campaigns via omnichannel communication.
- Benchmark competitor campaigns and journeys to enhance our value proposition.
Communication ownership
- Own the communication plan for the credit card portfolio across all touchpoints.
- Manage content frequency targeting & suppression rules on each channel.
- Ensure messages are accurate compliant and customer-centric.
Analytics & learning
- Set clear objectives hypotheses and KPIs for each campaign.
- Measure performance (incl. A/B tests/control groups where relevant).
- Turn insights into concrete improvements for next-wave campaigns.
What you need to have
- 3 years in campaign/incentive management in Banking Fintech or E-commerce.
- Experience running campaigns on CRM and communication platforms (ZNS email SMS digital marketing tools).
- Understanding of credit card or consumer lending products and basic portfolio/P&L concepts.
- Background in retail marketing and customer engagement.
- Able to apply AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT copilots AI content/analytics tools) to:
- Generate & refine campaign ideas copies and content variants.
- Support data exploration and campaign analysis
- Build simple automations/flows to work more efficiently.
- Strong critical thinking: validate AI outputs iterate prompts and combine AI with business judgment.
- Extreme ownership proactive and hands-on.
- Fast learner curious about products customers and new tools.
- Can zoom in & out from strategy to execution details.
- Strong problem-solving under pressure with high customer empathy.
- Collaborative good cross-functional communication.
- Hard-working positive enthusiastic.
- Native Vietnamese speaker with excellent English (written & spoken).
