Our client is a leading global technology corporation seeking experienced professionals to join its enterprise business operations in Vietnam.
Oversee and coordinate the full sales operations lifecycle including project initiation contract validation order handling delivery coordination and receivables follow-up.
Ensure all sales activities strictly comply with internal governance standards regulatory requirements and trade-related controls.
Serve as an operational focal point working closely with cross-functional teams such as Finance Supply Chain and other internal stakeholders to address process issues and improve efficiency.
Maintain accuracy and consistency of sales-related data including customer records project information and contractual documentation.
Prepare periodic sales and performance reports including pipeline status forecasts and operational metrics and conduct in-depth business analysis.
Track key performance indicators proactively identify potential risks and highlight growth or optimization opportunities.
Coordinate sales meetings by arranging logistics recording discussions documenting decisions and following up on assigned action items.
Manage sales documentation records and contract archives in an organized and compliant manner.
Assist in monitoring and managing sales-related budgets and expense tracking.
Communicate and execute sales policies operational guidelines and incentive programs across the sales organization.
Act as a super user for internal sales systems and tools supporting user training and promoting high data quality standards.
Facilitate effective collaboration between the sales organization and internal support functions such as Finance Legal HR and Product teams to meet business objectives.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Management ICT or other relevant disciplines.
Strong proficiency in English and Chinese both written and verbal.
At least two years of relevant experience in sales operations commercial support sales management or business/data analysis within a large or structured organization.
Prior exposure to B2B environments or the technology/ICT sector is considered an advantage.
Understanding of the local market and sales management practices is a plus.
Excellent communication and coordination skills with the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
Strong logical thinking attention to detail patience and a high level of accountability.
