Job Overview:
To lead manage and oversee the daily operations of the showroom. Ensure that the showroom meets sales targets delivers outstanding customer experience maintains merchandise standards and fosters a motivated customercentric team.
Key Responsibilities:

Run the showroom every day making sure everything is working well (sales stock staff)

Lead the showroom team: train guide motivate check their work

Meet sales targets and try to improve performance

Keep track of inventory: know what is in stock what needs reordering prevent stock-outs

Handle customer service: help customers resolve complaints politely and quickly

Report to management: send sales reports stock updates staff performance
