Key responsibilities:
1. Act as the primary liaison between Quantazone and the client company for all project-related communication
2. Manage day-to-day project coordination updates and follow-ups with client stakeholders
3. Understand and work with IT cloud and platforms (Microsoft Zoho Google Workspace etc.)
4. Handle support tickets data-related issues and basic troubleshooting at the clients end
5. Coordinate with Quantazones internal teams for issue escalation and resolution
6. Ensure clear documentation status reporting and communication hygiene
7. Support onboarding of new tools applications or workflows at the client organization.
8. Track tasks timelines dependencies and deliverables to ensure smooth project flow
Qualifications :
Other requirements
1. 6 months to 1 year of experience in IT coordination technical support project coordination or client-facing roles
2. Background or working knowledge of IT Cloud SaaS ERP HRMS CRM systems is a strong plus
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills (client-facing role)
4. Ability to manage support tickets follow-ups and task coordination efficiently
5. Confident professional and polished while handling clients and senior stakeholders
6. Good problem-solving and troubleshooting mindset
