Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team at ibis Styles Mysuru India. As a key member of our management team you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations providing strategic financial guidance and ensuring the companys financial health and compliance.

  • Participate in the preparation of Strategic Business and Operating Plans advising on financial administrative and legal implications
  • Establish and recommend major economic objectives and strategies for cost minimization and revenue maximization
  • Provide professional advisory and executive support to the General Manager in meeting strategic goals
  • Prepare and analyze monthly and annual financial reports including revenue forecasts expense summaries and earnings projections
  • Manage the preparation and presentation of all company accounting including financial reports annual budgets operating budgets cash flows and financial forecasts
  • Ensure compliance with relevant contractual and legal obligations corporate finance policies and management contracts
  • Practice effective balance sheet and cash flow management
  • Establish coordinate and administer financial systems internal controls and capital expenditure plans
  • Support the General Manager in meeting bottom-line objectives and provide strategic financial advice
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial performance and achieve organizational goals

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field; CPA certification preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting or finance with at least 5 years at a management level
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations
  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
  • Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing teams
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving financial objectives
  • Proficiency in English language (both written and verbal)
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
