We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team at ibis Styles Mysuru India. As a key member of our management team you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations providing strategic financial guidance and ensuring the companys financial health and compliance.
- Participate in the preparation of Strategic Business and Operating Plans advising on financial administrative and legal implications
- Establish and recommend major economic objectives and strategies for cost minimization and revenue maximization
- Provide professional advisory and executive support to the General Manager in meeting strategic goals
- Prepare and analyze monthly and annual financial reports including revenue forecasts expense summaries and earnings projections
- Manage the preparation and presentation of all company accounting including financial reports annual budgets operating budgets cash flows and financial forecasts
- Ensure compliance with relevant contractual and legal obligations corporate finance policies and management contracts
- Practice effective balance sheet and cash flow management
- Establish coordinate and administer financial systems internal controls and capital expenditure plans
- Support the General Manager in meeting bottom-line objectives and provide strategic financial advice
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial performance and achieve organizational goals
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field; CPA certification preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting or finance with at least 5 years at a management level
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills both written and verbal
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing teams
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving financial objectives
- Proficiency in English language (both written and verbal)
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
