About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Head to lead and expand our business in the Industrial Solar Projects segment at our Ahmedabad location.
-
The ideal candidate must have proven expertise in the industrial solar sector a strong network with industrial clients and the ability to drive revenue growth through strategic sales planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
-
Drive sales of industrial solar projects in the Ahmedabad region and surrounding markets.
-
Generate new leads develop client relationships and convert opportunities into successful projects.
-
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
-
Build and manage a pipeline of prospective industrial clients (factories plants warehouses etc.).
-
Negotiate and close contracts with industrial clients ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
-
Coordinate with the technical and project execution teams to deliver seamless customer experience.
-
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities.
-
Provide sales forecasts MIS reports and regular updates to management.
-
Represent the company in client meetings industry forums and exhibitions.
Key Requirements:

Mandatory experience: Minimum 5 years in industrial solar project sales.

Strong knowledge of solar project lifecycle industrial client requirements and relevant government policies.
-
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the solar industry.
-
Excellent communication negotiation and client relationship management skills.
-
Strong leadership qualities to build and mentor a growing sales team.
-
Male candidate preferred due to frequent client visits & travel.
-
Must be based in or willing to relocate to Ahmedabad.
