Collaborate with the Key Account team and Account Executives to develop account
strategies and execute plans for revenue growth within existing accounts.
Conduct regular check-ins and proactive outreach to ensure client satisfaction and
identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Conduct thorough account reviews to assess usage identify challenges and propose
solutions to maximize client value.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions opportunities and
account activities in the CRM system.
Work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure smooth onboarding of new
services or products and ongoing support for clients.
Proactively communicate product updates enhancements and industry trends to clients.
Execute account enrichment strategies to build account information organizations
objective database accuracy and understanding of client challenges.
Proactively update and maintain CRM records with accurate account details interactions
and challenges identified within the target accounts.
