Profile:Sales Development Representative
Experience: 1.5-3 years
Salary Range:Upto 70k-80k
Job Overview:
We are looking for a friendly well-spoken sales development representative to assist our company in expanding our customer base. The sales development representatives responsibilities include generating potential leads soliciting potential customers facilitating sales and connecting customers with the right be a successful sales development representative you should have excellent communication interpersonal and customer service skills. You should also demonstrate the ability to meet deadlines.
Responsibilities:
Prospect qualify and generate new sales leads through cold calling email outreach and social selling in UK US and GCC countries.
Should have achieved USD $200000 of revenue through his prospecting efforts.
We need someone who has a record of generating 12-15 qualified meetings in a month.
Schedule meetings for Sr. SDR and VP with potential clients.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM.
Should be well versed with LinkedIn and can prospect through LinkedIn.
Experience in selling IT Consulting services to clients which includes:
1. Product Development services (Must)
2. Staff Augmentation (Must)
3. Cloud Services (Good to have but not mandatory)
4. ERP (Good to have but not mandatory)
Should be required to follow the sales playbook.
Performing regular follow-up calls or emails and facilitating communication with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify new potential needs.
Desired skills:
Minimum experience of 18 months
Proven experience in inside sales telemarketing or a similar role.
Successful completion of coursework in sales techniques marketing and communication may be advantageous.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a passion for sales.
Strong communication interpersonal teamwork and customer service skills.
Good time management and analytical skills.
Good telephone etiquette and computer literacy skills.
