Roles and Responsibilities:

Build and nurture strong relationships with Mutual Fund distributors.

Manage and strengthen relationships with existing direct clients and actively generate business leads.

Acquire new clients through personal references and leads provided.

Achieve defined sales targets in terms of inflows SIPs and other key metrics.

Initiate and maintain consistent personal contact with investors and leads through calls and meetings.
-
Ensure minimum outreach benchmarks with distributors/clients on a daily weekly and monthly basis.
-
Provide structured feedback on client interactions in a defined format periodically.
-
Monitor daily sales activity reports and other internal MIS to effectively grow or maintain share of wallet with premier distribution clients.

Drive product placement new business development key negotiations and marketing initiatives to promote schemes among IFAs Banks and National Distributors.

Deliver tailored service and engagement to premiere distribution clients.
-
Ensure balanced product mix across portfolios while meeting sales targets.
-
Develop markets enhance market share and contribute to sustained growth through long-term distributor relationships.

Mobilize funds under various schemes through Banks and National Distributors.

Educate clients on schemes pre-sales and facilitate successful conversions.
-
Handle sales documentation data collation and reporting.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handling of post-sales service requirements.
