Coordinate daily service activities between technicians and management Maintain service schedules breakdown logs and preventive maintenance records
Prepare and manage technical documentation including:
AMC records
Service reports and job cards
Installation and commissioning documents
Track service calls pending issues and job closures
Support spare parts coordination and basic inventory tracking
Handle technical correspondence with clients technicians and vendors
Assist in scheduling statutory inspections and maintaining compliance records
Prepare periodic service and performance reports
Experience in elevator escalator HVAC or engineering service companies preferred. Fresher may apply
Basic understanding of elevator systems and components
Ability to handle technical documents manuals and reports
Proficiency in MS Excel MS Word and email communication
Experience with ERP/CRM or service tracking systems is an advantage
Experience: 1 to 4 years experience in a technical administration role.
Education: Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Electrical or Electronics Engineering preferred
