Job Summary

Job Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for complete recruitment life-cycle planning avenues sourcing mix cost effective methods for sourcing the best
  • Driving recruitment through:
    • Campus recruitment
    • Referral scheme (MGM)
    • Consultants / Corporate Consultants
    • Web Based Sources
    • Training Institutes
    • Job fairs
    • Initiating new projects to increase sourcing through HR.
    • Organize Recruitment Drives through Consultants Job fairs news paper Advertisement
    • Empanelment of Consultants.
    • Marketing Visibility and Advertisement

  • Payment for Resourcing
  • Job fair cost negotiation CRS Advertisement cost hiring cost and follow up with finance department for final payments.
  • Formalizing and updating MGM payment tracker and forwarding the payment details to payroll department.
  • Follow up with other sourcing agencies for bills due for payment.

  • Recruitment for Corporate Office
  • Sourcing the candidates for corporate level hiring and taking initial round of interview.
  • Upon selection scheduling further round of interviews with the senior management.
  • Negotiating on salary offered and preparing the appointment letters.
  • New Joining Induction to the RHR and corporate team

  • Drive Recruitment through Regional Teams
  • Driving and monitoring RHR for sourcing requirements and new initiatives to achieve departmental goal of sourcing.

  • Special Projects
  • As per Management requirements Special projects are assigned twice or thrice in a Financial year.

  • Audit of Recruitment channel across India.
  • Relationship building with all the stakeholders internal and external.
  • Daily discussions with region and business teams related to talent acquisition.
