Job Responsibilities :
- Responsible for complete recruitment life-cycle planning avenues sourcing mix cost effective methods for sourcing the best
- Driving recruitment through:
- Campus recruitment
- Referral scheme (MGM)
- Consultants / Corporate Consultants
- Web Based Sources
- Training Institutes
- Job fairs
- Initiating new projects to increase sourcing through HR.
- Organize Recruitment Drives through Consultants Job fairs news paper Advertisement
- Empanelment of Consultants.
- Marketing Visibility and Advertisement
- Job fair cost negotiation CRS Advertisement cost hiring cost and follow up with finance department for final payments.
- Formalizing and updating MGM payment tracker and forwarding the payment details to payroll department.
- Follow up with other sourcing agencies for bills due for payment.
- Recruitment for Corporate Office
- Sourcing the candidates for corporate level hiring and taking initial round of interview.
- Upon selection scheduling further round of interviews with the senior management.
- Negotiating on salary offered and preparing the appointment letters.
- New Joining Induction to the RHR and corporate team
- Drive Recruitment through Regional Teams
- Driving and monitoring RHR for sourcing requirements and new initiatives to achieve departmental goal of sourcing.
- Hiring Report
- Monthly and annual sourcing reports
- MGM consolidated report
- Daily trackers
- Consultancy MIS
- Consultancy weed out report
- Monthly payout data for recruitment vendors
- As per Management requirements Special projects are assigned twice or thrice in a Financial year.
- Audit of Recruitment channel across India.
- Relationship building with all the stakeholders internal and external.
- Daily discussions with region and business teams related to talent acquisition.
