Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative (Frontliner) serves as the first point of contact for customers providing professional assistance resolving inquiries and ensuring a seamless service experience. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction through effective communication prompt issue resolution and adherence to company service standards.
Job Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to walk-in customers courteously and professionally.
- Provide accurate information on company products services and policies.
- Handle customer inquiries complaints and requests efficiently.
- Process transactions payments and service orders where applicable.
- Maintain up-to-date customer records and documentation.
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate supervisor or department.
- Ensure the front desk or service area is clean organized and customer-friendly.
- Promote company offerings and ensure customers have a positive service experience.
- Collect and relay customer feedback to improve service quality.
- Adhere to company policies procedures and operational standards.
Job Requirements
- First Degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.
- MINIMUM 3 years proven experience in customer service retail hospitality or front desk operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of CRM or POS systems.
- Neat appearance courteous disposition and positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask prioritize and work effectively under pressure.
- Must demonstrate professionalism and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
