Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative (Frontliner) serves as the first point of contact for customers providing professional assistance resolving inquiries and ensuring a seamless service experience. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction through effective communication prompt issue resolution and adherence to company service standards.

Job Responsibilities

  • Welcome and attend to walk-in customers courteously and professionally.
  • Provide accurate information on company products services and policies.
  • Handle customer inquiries complaints and requests efficiently.
  • Process transactions payments and service orders where applicable.
  • Maintain up-to-date customer records and documentation.
  • Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate supervisor or department.
  • Ensure the front desk or service area is clean organized and customer-friendly.
  • Promote company offerings and ensure customers have a positive service experience.
  • Collect and relay customer feedback to improve service quality.
  • Adhere to company policies procedures and operational standards.


Job Requirements

  • First Degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.
  • MINIMUM 3 years proven experience in customer service retail hospitality or front desk operations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of CRM or POS systems.
  • Neat appearance courteous disposition and positive attitude.
  • Ability to multitask prioritize and work effectively under pressure.
  • Must demonstrate professionalism and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
