Provide direct resident care under the supervision of the RN or DON
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Monitor resident health document changes and report concerns promptly
Support CNAs and collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
Maintain accurate documentation in electronic medical records (EMR)
Ensure compliance with facility policies procedures and state regulations
Build trusting relationships with residents and families through compassionate communication
Active Florida LPN license in good standing
Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
Strong clinical skills reliability and a team-focused attitude
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work assigned shifts including weekends and holidays as needed
