JOB SUMMARY

The eCommerce Photography Specialist is a pivotal member of the Retail Digital Team responsible for creating premium visual experiences in product imagery across platforms where riders interact and purchase from our company including eBay and Shopify. This Specialist will have a strong aptitude for product photography in a retail sporting goods context as well as experience in image editing software such as Photoshop. This individual takes pride in perfecting their craft to deliver premium imagery and possesses a willingness to learn thriving in an environment that rewards diligence detail and focus. This role is perfect for bike enthusiasts who share our core belief that bikes change lives.

HOW YOULL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

Assist with Photo Studio setup and equipment according to established procedures.
Shoots product photography for use on Shopify and 3rd Party Marketplace ecommerce platforms.
Edits imagery in Photoshop for color correction and premium web display. Supports scheduling of photoshoots based on backlog and business priorities provided by leadership.
Listing photographed product to Shopify platform for sale.
Assists with photo sample product inventory and staging of product in warehouse for photography.
Other various responsibilities related to preparation of products for photography including cleaning and inspection of returned and blemished items.

WHAT YOU NEED TO WIN

Passion for cycling and the Specialized brand and in-depth knowledge of bicycles and related products.
Minimum 4 years experience in product photography in retail setting. Knowledge of Photoshop for image editing and optimization for online usage.
Ecommerce or online retail experience a plus.
Computer multitasking skills to efficiently manage various tasks concurrently.
Creative and organized mindset for content creation and marketing initiatives.
Strong team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues and departments.
Strong communication and collaboration skills meticulous attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced team environment.
