As a Workforce Partner at MADEC youll play a key role in connecting local employers with people ready to re-enter the workforce. Youll build trusted relationships with businesses understand their workforce needs and create employment opportunities for people seeking meaningful and sustainable be the link between business and community helping employers find the right people for their workforce while supporting people to develop skills gain experience and achieve long-term success in meaningful employment.

Every connection you make helps a local business strengthen its workforce and gives someone the opportunity to grow contribute and change their life through sustainable employment.

No prior employment services experience No problem well provide full training and support. What matters most are your people skills initiative and genuine care for helping others succeed.

Your Day-to-Day Will Involve:

Build and maintain trusted relationships with local employers
Proactively identify and create new job opportunities by engaging potential and existing employers
Discuss workforce solutions training needs and government incentives with employers to support sustainable employment
Record and manage job vacancies accurately for effective matching with people seeking work
Facilitate regular employer engagement and vacancy sessions to connect people with suitable roles
Serve as the primary point of contact for employer partners ensuring their workforce needs are met and addressing any challenges



Skills And Experiences

Who Will Thrive in This Role

Youll be confident proactive and business-minded with a passion for connecting employers to people seeking meaningful work. You may have experience in sales recruitment account management business development training or customer service but what matters most is your ability to build trust identify opportunities and create pathways for people.

Youll bring:
Relationship-building skills connect easily with employers understand their workforce needs and create trusted partnerships
Proactivity and initiative confident in identifying opportunities engaging new businesses and driving employer partnerships
Commercial awareness understand the needs of businesses and the local labour market to deliver relevant workforce solutions
Organisation and time management manage multiple priorities meetings and follow-ups efficiently
Communication skills articulate workforce solutions advocate for people and represent MADEC professionally
Adaptability thrive in a dynamic fast-paced regional environment
Resilience stay positive and persistent while navigating business challenges
A current drivers licence is required for local travel and employer engagement.
