Job Summary
As a Central Operations Associate you will play a critical role within Workforce Solutions Centralized Operations (WS CO) to help candidates move through the hiring process. This is an amazing opportunity for someone looking to broaden their experience and work in a top recruiting organization. The ideal person will be an organized possess great communication skills and have the ability to learn new tasks quickly.
Key job responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will be running audits granting permissions to tools and fixing errors that are preventing the candidate from getting hired. You will also collaborate with recruiters and local HR teams to ensure hiring team success by identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency. Finally you will assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed.
A day in the life
Candidate must have strong customer service skills a desire to exceed expectations and a team player with a solid work ethic. Candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication. The ideal candidate is a problem solver able to troubleshoot issues independently with minimal supervision. Candidate is expected to have great organizational skills and attention to detail be able to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously. Candidate must be flexible in a fast-paced ambiguous environment. Candidate will have a solid sense of accountability and acute judgment - ability to handle confidential information and escalate when appropriate. Previous recruiting/HR experience is highly desired.

- 6 months of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
- High school or equivalent
- Experience in confidential environments
- 1 years of human resources experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $33300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $71200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity sign-on payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
