The Partner Services Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for callers to Bible League International providing a warm professional and knowledgeable response that reflects the ministrys mission and addition to telephone responsibilities this role provides expanded administrative support to the Advancement Department through data maintenance in Virtuous volunteer data updates onboarding processes project support and mailing coordination. The position also serves as a backup to the Partner Services team contributing to donor care tasks correspondence and ongoing projects. This role is designed for a detail-oriented service-driven individual who can manage multiple administrative functions with accuracy and excellence.
Duties
Telephone Support
- Answer and route incoming calls; provide basic information about Bible League International and its programs.
- Answer and coordinate calls from donors responding to our ringless voicemail campaigns.
Administrative Support
- Maintain and update contact information in Virtuous (address email phone corrections) to ensure accurate and timely donor records.
- Update and maintain volunteer data in Virtuous ensuring completeness and accuracy for reporting and engagement.
- Assist with donor onboarding preparing welcome letters and ensuring proper workflows are followed.
- Provide administrative support for ongoing projects within the Partner Services team.
- Assist with routing office mail posting donor prayer requests and sending monthly planned giving birthday cards.
- Prepare coordinate and support outgoing mailings including:
- Leadership Circle mailings
- Sowers mailings
- Fulfillment letters
- Departmental mailing projects as assigned
- Provide administrative assistance to Advancement Department as needed.
Donor and Partner Services
- Serve as backup for the Partner Services team during high-volume seasons staff absences or special projects such as Take me Off sort mail and update donor information.
- Manage memorial and honorarium correspondence and tracking.
- Assist with donor care tasks prayer requests special acknowledgments follow-up communications and correspondence preparation.
- Manage and respond to theemail.
Other Duties
- Perform other assignments as requested by the Director of Partner Services.
Organizational Relationships
Responsible to: Director of Partner Services.
Collaborates with: VP of Development Services.
Qualifications
- Must be a Christian having a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Must also agree with ourstatement of faithand conduct his/herself in a Christ-like manner.
- H.S. Diploma or equivalent required. Associates degree is a plus.
- Minimum two years of work experience handling phones and administration work required.
- Possess courteous and professional telephone presence.
- Strong typing ability and organization skills.
- Experience working with databases preferred.
- Must be personable and pleasant and with the ability to work well with others.
- Possess the ability to be accurate efficient and pay close attention to detail.
- Computer experience with data entry; working knowledge of Word Excel and Outlook.
- Self-motivated and have the ability to work independently without direct supervision.
- Must be able to handle confidential information with the highest degree of dependability.
- Should have the ability to manage numerous tasks simultaneously.

Performance Evaluations
You will meet with your manager quarterly in alignment with our fiscal year to discuss your accomplishments and priorities.
