At the Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE) Behavior Technicians provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to help children with autism build communication social and daily living skills.
No experience We provide paid training and support you in earning your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
Position Highlights
- Setting: Clinic-based ABA therapy (Durham NC)
- Schedule: 9:00 AM6:00 PM MondayFriday
- Reports To: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Status: Full-time benefits eligible
What Youll Do
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in a clinic setting
- Implement individualized treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA
- Record accurate data during each therapy session using digital tools
- Support the development of communication social skills and independence
- Collaborate with clinical teammates and caregivers
- Maintain a positive engaging learning environment
What Were Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Passion for working with children
- Reliable professional and compassionate demeanor
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to participate in training and certification requirements
- Must pass background check and required clearances
(Experience with autism or childcare is a plus but not required.)

Pay & Benefits
