About the Role:
We are hiring aTechnical Sales Engineerwho will handleconstruction chemicals and concrete-related solutions. The role focuses on developing strong relationships with clients in theconstruction manufacturing and industrial sectors ensuring technical excellence and customer satisfaction.
This position includes acompany-provided carto support regular client visits site inspections and field activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow accounts in theconstruction chemicals and concrete solutionssegment.
- Conducttechnical presentations site visits and product trialsto promote company products.
- Identify and convertnew business opportunitieswithin the construction and manufacturing industries.
- Providetechnical guidanceto customers and partners on product applications.
- Collaborate with thetechnical operations and logistics teamsto ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor project pipelines prepare proposals and delivermonthly sales performance reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degreein Chemical Engineering Civil Engineering Industrial Technology or a related field.
- At least24 years of experienceinsales of construction chemicals coatings adhesives or related materials.
- Strong knowledge ofconcrete technology waterproofing systems or industrial coatingsis an advantage.
- Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Must bewilling to travel and conduct fieldworkas part of the role.
- Drivers licensepreferred.
