Job Summary

We are looking for a Content Operations Specialist to join our team! Our Operations Specialist will develop and execute SEO-rich marketplace specific copy to increase traffic and rank across marketplaces like Amazon. If you are are passionate about creating a quality customer experience and ecommerce keep scrolling.

How you will achieve success in this role:

Collaborate with Merchant and Fulfillment Center team members to obtain compliance documentation.
Will be a key contributor to successfully driving Spreetails compliance with GSPR requirements.
Develop and execute SEO-rich marketplace specific copy to increase traffic and rank across marketplaces including Amazon.
Drive content operations results (content built prior to arrival content quality score listing liveliness).
Develop communicate and act on content performance data to influence our content strategy across multiple channels.
Coordinate and improve the product data acquisition process listing content validation and optimization across all tools within the listing process.

What experiences will help you in this role:

A strong understanding and passion for ecommerce.
Experience in writing product copy/descriptions. An understanding of SEO.
Knowledge with Helium10 is a plus.
High energy a sense of urgency to move fast and a growth mindset.
An ownership mentality and focus.
