The Visitor Experience Guiding Supervisor role is a new role supporting the development and delivery of exceptional visitor experiences.

Key Responsibilities of this role
SupportthemanagementteaminleadingateamofvisitorexperienceassistantsatStirling Castle in delivering exceptional visitor experiences.
WorkwiththemanagementteamtosupportdevelopingthevisitorexperienceatStirling Castle including contributing to and attending any relevant team meetings.
SupportthemanagementteaminensuringStirling Castleisproperlyresourcedandassistwith any recruitment as required.
EnsurecompliancewithhealthandsafetyfireandsecurityHRandsafeguarding procedures. Ensure health and safety processes and procedures are adhered to.
SupportthemanagementteaminensuringthatStirling Castleispresentedinawaytoexceed visitors expectations. Act as the first point of contact for any complaints and look to resolve and escalate as appropriate.
EnsureregularliaisonwithmanagementteamandlocalMCUmanagementtoensure resolution for any maintenance or presentation issues.
WorkaspartofateamtoensurethattheQualityAssurancegradeismaintainedand participate in local action plan delivery.

Supportthemanagementteamwithcommunityengagementactivity
Supportwithdeliveryofanyotherreasonabledutiesasrequestedbymanagementteam
Thisrolerequiresthepostholdertoactaskeyholderforthesite.
ThepostholderwillbetoworkaspartofaRotacovering7-day operations
