Control Room Supervisor

Responsibilities

Youll play a vital part in keeping people property and information safe. That includes:

• Proven experience in datacentre operations or equivalent security industry experience; or experience in forces/services.
• Previous supervisory experience is ideal.
• Strong people management skills and high emotional intelligence.
• Computer literacy and ability to work with security systems and technology.
• High level of professionalism and command presence.
• Excellent customer service skills with a white glove attitude.
• Good English skillsboth verbal and written.
• Reliability and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to read understand and follow written instructions.
