About the Role:

The Territory Sales Representative will drive business growth across the Winnipeg Manitoba territory focusing on promoting our innovative engineered products and solutions. This role will engage primarily with engineering firms and contractors in the commercial mechanical PVF residential and industrial sectors. Youll play a key role in developing relationships driving sales and supporting our local distribution network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell our products and services to engineers contractors distributors and end-users
  • Conduct market research to gather competitive intelligence and inform sales strategy
  • Set and achieve sales objectives and forecasts in collaboration with your manager
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients and distributors to ensure long-term partnerships
  • Organize promotional activities including presentations training seminars and branch visits
  • Identify and pursue significant construction and retrofit projects with high sales potential
  • Strengthen distributor networks to ensure excellent customer service standards
  • Stay current on industry knowledge and communicate training needs to your manager
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Provide regular reports on activities progress and market trends

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • 2-5 years of outside sales experience ideally within the construction or related industries
  • Proven track record of building relationships with contractors engineers and distributors
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with mechanical aptitude
  • College or university degree preferred
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time including some overnight trips

Salary:$80k(based on experience) (car uncapped commission & bonus)
