This Senior Manager role supports the Income Statement financial planning analysis (FP&A) and reporting processes for the Global Imaging segment. It combines analytics leadership and functional P&L ownership today with a path to build and lead a Monterrey-based FP&A COE.
Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
COE build and operating model: Establish and evolve an FP&A center-of-excellence capability in Monterrey. Drive process standardization automation and strong controls.
Resourcing and leadership: As scope expands lead and develop a teamwork set priorities manage capacity and coach talent to deliver timely decision-grade analysis and reporting.
Stakeholder management: Partner with segment and functional finance leaders to plan transitions align on scope and service levels and ensure effective change management.
Digitization & KPI analytics: Own/evolve executive Power BI dashboards; standardize views; automate manual reporting.
Functional P&L ownership (Imaging shared functions): Budgeting planning forecasting R&Os close variance analysis and optimization for Imaging shared functions.
Human capital investment & workforce ROI: Own end-to-end forecasting reporting and variance analysis for Imaging headcount and C&B; align sub-segments; deliver executive-ready insights.
Cost visibility & value creation: Govern discretionary costs (Purchased Services T&E IT); translate trends to actions and clear bridges to EBIT.
Operating rhythm: Provide finance leadership for close estimates annual operating plan multi-year outlooks and senior reviews; partner with Operating GMs to drive profitable growth.
Optimization & transformation: Build data-backed restructuring/right-sizing cases; guide approvals; track benefits to payback.
Controllership: Ensure strong financial controllership SOX compliance and audit support.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in accounting Finance Economics or Business Administration.
6-10 years of relevant financial experience.
Demonstrated experience leading projects/initiatives and coaching/managing a small team; capacity & priority
Demonstrated experience in building/scaling centralized finance processes
English proficiency required.
Desired Characteristics
Stakeholder management across segment and functional finance; proven change management.
Core FP&A Experience: Forecasting month-end close R&Os variance analysis and executive-ready insights.
Workforce planning: headcount & C&B forecasting/analytics; alignment across sub-segments.
Power BI (executive dashboards data modeling/DAX) and advanced Excel/PowerPoint.
Strong knowledge of GEHC financial and digital operating systems
Process standardization & automation mindset.
Strong executive communication skills - able to distill complex analysis into concise actionable insights for senior leadership.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
