Purpose/Overview of Role
The Payroll Manager is responsible for the execution of payroll and timekeeping operation for Mexico. The role includes leading various work streams such as Hourly Payroll Salary Payroll Confidential Payroll Tax Compliance Social Security and Timekeeping. Given the number of inputs coming into payroll this role includes daily interaction with HR Labor Manufacturing IT Finance GBS as well as the different vendors supporting the payroll operation such as ADP E&Y and KPMG.
