Join our team where your warmth professionalism and drive will help empower residents to live life their way across our retirement villages.

What Youll Do:

Conduct engaging tours and appointments (in-person virtual floorplans images) to showcase our retirement living accommodation and amenities
Collaborate with the Sales Hub to convert leads into happy residents.
Provide exceptional customer service building strong relationships with prospective residents and their families
Regular travel between sites in Sydney
Ensure timely caring responses to customer questions and concerns
Maintain accurate records and uphold confidentiality in our CRM system

Strong relationship-building skills and a warm professional approach.
Able to nurture customer relationships
Experience in needs-based sales ideally in Retirement Living Aged Care or property.
Resilient and adaptablecomfortable with change ambiguity and flexing into new systems and situations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a caring professional approach
Strong computer skills (CRM/database/reporting experience preferred)
Current Drivers License and reliable vehicle
Exposure to the Retirement Living Act and Regulations is a plus.
