About the role
Were looking for a confident customer-focusedSales Consultantto join our team in our Haberfield retail hub. This is a fast-paced in-person sales role where youll help customers choose the right vehicle subscription for rideshare driving.No cold calling just real conversations strong foot traffic and warm enquiries every day.

Responsibilities
- Maintain a thorough understanding of all Splends vehicle subscription packages and related products.
- Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and recommend the most suitable subscription solution.
- Guide customers through the full sales process from enquiry to final sign-up.
- Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales KPIs including conversion rates customer satisfaction and retention goals.
- Ensure vehicle displays marketing collateral and digital tools are up to date and engaging.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with the Team Leader to refine sales strategies and product offerings.
- Actively contribute to a positive team culture focused on growth accountability and continuous improvement.
What youll bring
- Minimum 2 years experience in a target-driven sales role ideally within a subscription-based finance or high growth sales environment.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs in sales performance customer conversion or account growth.
- Strong understanding of consultative/ solution selling customer service excellence and the importance of relationship-building.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence customers effectively.
- High attention to detail and strong time management with the ability to handle multiple customers and priorities.
- Experience or passion for the automotive or mobility industry (desirable).
- A full unrestricted Australian Drivers License(must have)
- Comfortable commuting to our Haberfield hub daily
- Able to work weekends as required
