Whats the role

As the Service Owner Transformation Planning youll lead the strategic planning and governance of transformation initiatives across Business Lending. Youll shape the long-term portfolio roadmap drive investment planning and oversee delivery performance to ensure alignment with divisional and enterprise priorities.
This role blends strategy delivery governance and agile portfolio management balancing transformation and BAU to achieve measurable business outcomes. Youll play a key role in leading portfolio planning forums managing benefits realisation and uplifting delivery capability across teams to ensure transformation excellence and sustainable value creation.

What do I need

Proven experience in portfolio or transformation planning within complex regulated organisations.
Strong understanding of investment governance benefits management and delivery risk frameworks.
Experience leading annual and multi-year portfolio planning pipeline management and prioritisation.
Proven ability to facilitate executive-level forums and drive strategic decision-making.
Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools (JIRA Confluence Clarity).
Strong stakeholder engagement business acumen and analytical skills.
Experience uplifting delivery capability governance maturity and agile ways of working.
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders think strategically and solve complex problems
Experience in Business or Institutional banking desirable
