As the AI & Emerging Technology Product Owner youll lead a cross-functional team delivering innovative solutions that transform customer experiences. Youll define priorities manage delivery and ensure outcomes align with strategic goals driving value across Consumer Insurance.

What Youll Do

Lead a dedicated squad to deliver AI and emerging tech initiatives that enhance customer experience and business performance
Define and prioritise backlog items ensuring alignment with strategic objectives regulatory obligations and customer needs
Collaborate with stakeholders and technology partners to design and implement high-value solutions
Oversee end-to-end delivery including acceptance criteria testing and release activities
Maintain transparency and alignment through regular updates showcases and risk management

What Youll Bring

Experience in insurance or financial services with strong business acumen and technical literacy
Proven ability to manage delivery of complex projects and collaborate with senior stakeholders
Knowledge of AI solutions and emerging technologies with strong data literacy and analytical skills
Ability to influence and negotiate effectively adapting to a fast-changing environment
Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience; Product Owner certification desirable
