This role offers the opportunity to develop specialised clinical skills leadership experience and contribute to service improvement education and protocol development within a supportive dynamic health environment.
About the Role:
As a Clinical Nurse (RN/M2C) you will apply advanced knowledge and experience to deliver specialised nursing care in Acute and Chronic Pain Medicine. You will mentor and support less experienced staff lead education initiatives and contribute to service development through writing protocols and guidelines. While the role remains predominantly clinical you will also undertake portfolio responsibilities aligned with your career development plan helping to expand service delivery and improve patient outcomes.
As a Registered Nurse (RN/M1) you will provide nursing and/or midwifery services in health service settings developing from a novice to proficient practitioner. You will build knowledge in Acute and Chronic Pain Medicine applying it to postoperative patient care while consolidating your clinical skills through continuous professional development. You will accept accountability for your own standards of care and activities delegated to others.

This is a part time vacancy working 40 hours per fortnight and salary will be adjusted according to actual hours worked.
