- Assist with recruitment and onboarding including contracts checks and induction coordination
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data and process employee changes and variations
- Be the first point of contact for employee queries and HR system support

- Understanding of Australian employment legislation and HR best practice
- Enthusiastic and proactive approach with a willingness to learn and contribute
