Are you up for this

• Responsible for preparing and sending quotes following up on enquiries and converting wedding and event leads
• Responsible for managing the effective coordination & execution of weddings events and meetings using technology and your straightforward thinking
• Generate and manage Banquet Event Orders for upcoming weddings and events demonstrating strong organisational skills and thoughtful planning to anticipate guest needs.
• Coordinate on-the-day wedding setups with the Banquet Operations team with flexibility to work weekends as required to support event delivery.
• Implement targeted sales strategies to meet revenue goals and KPIs across weddings social events and the broader events portfolio
• Youll also play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by conducting personalised site visits and building lasting relationships with clients
• Ensure you and the team uphold all company policies and procedures and complete all required managerial tasks in a prompt & thorough manner.

Your Vibe:

• Minimum 2-3 years experience in event sales and planning role preferable.
• Hotel Industry experience is preferred but not essential
• Working rights in Australia
• Enthusiastic to escalate your career
• English Language Proficiency
• Impeccable communication across all levels and presentation
• Demonstrates interpersonal skills team work customer service and able to manage diverse relationships
• Self-motivated driven and energized in a fast-paced environment
