Job Summary
Dominos Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team in Minooka United States. As an Assistant Manager you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store delivering exceptional customer service and leading our team to success.
- Assist in overseeing daily store operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Manage and motivate team members to maintain high standards of customer service and product quality
- Run shifts efficiently including opening and closing procedures
- Handle cash management and financial transactions accurately
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Assist in inventory management and supply ordering
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the store
- Support the store manager in achieving sales targets and implementing marketing initiatives
- Participate in employee training and development programs
- Enforce food safety and hygiene standards
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in customer service preferably in the food service or retail industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Positive attitude and ability to maintain composure under pressure
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Prior experience in pizza delivery or food service is a plus
