Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow platform implementations and enhancements. The role requires strong technical understanding of ServiceNow excellent project governance skills and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience managing ServiceNow technical programs
Solid understanding of ServiceNow architecture data model and platform capabilities
Experience delivering projects across modules: ITSM ITOM CMDB HRSD CSM
Knowledge of ServiceNow development concepts (workflows Flow Designer scripting integrations)
Expertise in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall project management
Experience using tools like Jira ADO MS Project Confluence
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Proven ability to manage distributed and offshore teams
