What youll do:

Own and enhance Salesforce customisations: user roles security settings sharing rules profiles permission sets and data integrity.
Drive system administration data management and platform improvements using DataLoader Excel and CI/CD tooling.
Collaborate with a cross-functional agile team to deliver stable high-quality solutions.
Implement enhancements using Salesforce DX and best practices for fault-tolerant reliable applications.
Document processes clearly and guide your team to continuously improve admin practices.
Support production monitoring debugging and alerting ensuring KPIs are met and exceeded.

Qualifications :

3 years experience building and maintaining Salesforce customisations.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce DX CI/CD Git and version control (Bitbucket GitHub etc.).
Strong background in security model and automated deployments using CI/CD specifically for Salesforce is non-negotiable.
Salesforce Administrator Certification (preferred but not required).
Passion for building simple reliable solutions to complex problems.
Strong communication and documentation skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
Desire to continually improve your work and the teams processes.
Must be currently residing in the Greater Manila Area (Metro Manila Neighbouring provinces).

Successful candidates must have a stable postpaid internet connection and a quiet dedicated workspace at home with appropriate furniture (desk and office chair).
