Software Engineer Legal Reporting

We are seeking a talented and innovative Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team in Pune India. As a key member of our engineering department you will play a crucial role in designing developing and implementing high-quality software solutions that drive our companys success.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze design and implement complex software systems
• Write clean efficient and maintainable code using best practices and industry standards
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Troubleshoot debug and optimize software applications for performance and scalability
• Contribute to the development of software architecture and technical specifications
• Mentor junior developers and share knowledge within the team
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure software quality through rigorous testing and adherence to coding standards
• Document technical designs processes and solutions for future reference

Qualifications :

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field
• 5 years of experience in software development with a strong focus on object-oriented programming
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java Python or C
• Strong knowledge of software engineering principles design patterns and best practices
• Experience with relational databases and SQL
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems (e.g. Git)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex technical issues
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Experience with cloud technologies and microservices architecture is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to mentor junior developers and contribute to a positive team culture
• Self-motivated with a passion for continuous learning and staying current with industry trends
