What Youll Own:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle job brief to placement in a high-volume temp nursing environment
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while growing new business through networking referrals and outbound activity
Collaborate with our Recruitment Resourcers and Admin team to ensure a seamless experience for candidates and clients
Match nurses to contracts quickly and efficiently across metro rural and remote area
Were Looking For Someone Who Is:
Experienced in agency recruitment (temp/contract desk experience is a huge plus)
Naturally competitive and target-driven with a solid track record of performance
Organised tech-savvy and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Passionate about delivering results and building long-term client relationships
