Were looking for a proactive People & Culture Coordinator to join our People Operations team to support our diverse business in this core hands-on role. Youll apply your expertise across P&C policies processes systems and administration to support our people.
You will collaborate with P&C colleagues and line managers across the business to deliver key functions including onboarding offboarding HRIS and contract management remuneration and benefits acquisitions and system implementations.

Responsibilities
- Be the voice of People Operations and deliver clear timely and helpful communication through our People inbox resolving queries and guiding employees to the best outcomes.
- Own the onboarding and offboarding experience ensuring every touchpoint is smooth consistent and compliant with reporting requirements.
- Provide accurate advice and guidance on People & Culture policies and processes.
- Manage employee and position data ensuring our records are up-to-date reliable and ready for reporting.
- Partner with Payroll - Collaborate closely to ensure seamless people processes.
- Lead and support updates to our HRIS contributing to smarter more efficient ways of working
Qualifications :
- Relevant qualifications or built strong expertise through hands-on experience.
- Approachable organised and thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail and ability to prioritise.
- Highly effective communication skills.
- Analytical and solutions-focused you enjoy solving problems.
- Youre comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook) and experience with HR platforms like SAP SuccessFactors or HROnboard would be advantageous.
- Previous experience working in a People and Culture role where youve supported business areas with practical advice and guidance.
- Previous experience in interpreting and applying Enterprise Agreements and/or Awards.
- Previous experience in generating reports and dashboards and performing analysis on the data would be beneficial
