Digital Producer

Contract role 6 months initially

Location - Sydney NSW

Rate - $550.00 per day including super

Our client is a multinational corporation that provides information technology consulting and business process services to a range of clients across Government Financial Services Telecommunications Retail and more.

They currently have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Producer Administrator within one of their telecommunications clients in Sydney.

This role is open to candidates currently residing in Sydney including those on working holiday visas and individuals without local experience. Applicants must either be based in Sydney or have confirmed plans to relocate.

About the role

The Digital Producer is responsible for maintaining the end-to-end production and delivery of Digital Operations programs of work in a Digital Teams environment covering customer Digital properties including but not limited to the customer.

Working in Digital Teams as a subject matter expert for Digital production the Producer will be in a hands-on role creating and publishing content via our Content Management Systems and collaborating with UX design content development and testing resources both internal and external to ensure quality delivery of all changes into production.

The candidate will play an active role in documenting authoring requirements design and implementation of new capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Hands-on day-to-day authoring of content updates via Adobe Experience Manager CMS including using existing templates and components static file management and publishing activities ensuring high quality accuracy and compliance with legal and brand requirements.

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders regarding requirements and deliverables including defect management and seeking relevant approvals.

Ensure all briefs and designs comply with legal and brand requirements.

Managing end-to-end production delivery and release management process including liaising with release management and testing teams supporting overnight releases across development and production environments.

Assist Senior Digital Producers and Digital Producers.

Adhere to customer policies and guidelines while delivering to deadlines.

Effectively analyse problems and provide innovative solutions in high pressure situations.

Managing product catalogue feed into the CMS.

Experience and Qualifications

Degree qualified (Information Technology Engineering Business or similar.)

Strong hands-on CMS experience - Sales Force Commerce Cloud (SFCC) is essential

Experience working under Agile methodology.

Solid understanding of W3C and Accessibility standards (WCAG)

Experience with HTML CSS JavaScript

Collaborating in cross-functional teams including liaising with UX designers developers testers and business stakeholders.

Experience with end-to-end digital releases across development and production environments

Good to have:

Exposure to Telco IT and a large/complex corporate environment

Knowledge and understanding of digital design and UX principles

Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)

Experience with Jira and Confluence

Personalisation and A/B Testing.
