    About the Opportunity

    As a Reporting Lead of our Clinical and Operational Applications team within SDPR you will be responsible for managing monitoring and maintaining the SDPRIA program and operational Measurement and Reporting function in line with industry best practice for NSW Health.

    This role offers the opportunity to collaborate across SDPRIA directorates and multiple key stakeholders across NSW Health and to contribute to the monitoring and optimisation of the Program and Operational Measurement and Reporting service to ensure business expectations are being met and adhered to.

    In this role you will:
  • Lead technical reporting across multidisciplinary teams shaping efficient data models and tailoring enterprise reporting and visualisation tools.
  • Design a robust reporting framework that meets the information needs of service management and end-user services.
  • Influence key stakeholders by uncovering trends and insights to drive strategy performance improvement and informed decision-making.
  • Enhance reporting quality by strengthening data integrity optimising processes and ensuring compliance with data privacy security and reporting standards.

    About You

    We are looking for someone who has:

  • Proven success in service measurement and reporting within large complex organisations with strong knowledge of reporting frameworks ITSM platforms and data visualisation tools.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to run workshops and lead discussions.
  • Advanced analytical capability able to interpret complex data solve problems creatively and deliver business-focused insights.
