Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a Part-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Mercer County. This is a flexible opportunity to work with a supportive and innovative organization that values clinical excellence and work-life balance.

Responsibilities:

Conduct initial behavioral evaluations and ongoing reassessments
Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment data
Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to ABA Therapists
Analyze client data to guide treatment modifications
Deliver parent training and caregiver support sessions
(Optional) Supervise BCBA candidates working towards certification

Qualifications:

Active BCBA Certification and License
Professional liability insurance
Valid drivers license
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Masters degree
