Mission

Reinforcing this commitment Galderma is preparing to expand its portfolio with a first-in-class biologic product to be launched globally in the coming years.

As a key member of the regional launch team the Brand Manager Immunology LATAM will be responsible for building the brand plan developing product positioning and core messaging and leading marketing initiatives in close collaboration with Market Access and Medical Affairs teams across the Latin American region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a core member of the LATAM Brand Team developing regional brand strategy and tools in alignment with Medical Affairs Market Access and other cross-functional areas.
  • Lead strategic decision-making for the brand by delivering market insights competitive benchmarks and ensuring alignment with local affiliate teams and key stakeholders.
  • Define segmentation and prioritization of HCPs to support targeting strategies for demand generation field teams across LATAM.
  • Engage and influence KOLs and key HCPs to generate endorsement and bring external perspectives to inform internal strategies.
  • Develop programs tools campaigns and events to support brand positioning and communicate the products unique value proposition enabling implementation at the country level.
  • Create promotional and training materials to equip field teams in effectively communicating the products differentiators; support training initiatives in collaboration with Commercial Excellence and Education teams.
  • Define and monitor brand KPIs and ensure follow-up on action plans across the brand team where necessary.
  • This position can be based in: Bogotá Mexico City or Buenos Aires.

Experience Requirements

  • Solid experience in the pharmaceutical industry particularly with high-cost or specialty care products.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Immunology.
  • Proven track record of successful biologics launches ideally at the regional level.

Education

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Pharmacy Communications or a related field.

Languages

  • Fluency in English is required.
