About The Role

AsBrand Managerfor ourHome Carecategory in Andina you will ground divisional brand strategies into brand plans (or marketing activities) customized to the region needs to achieve financial (P&L Profit & Loss) and marketing (SOM) objectives established for the brand/category.

What You Will Do

• Communicatebrand strategy and provides support to Andinas BDMs to generate solutions at a country/region level.

• Track consumers & competitors responses and market performance by reviewing sales market share pricing and distribution and in some cases requests consumer research.

• Supervisemarket trends and competitors activities to find opportunities and key issues based on consumer needs and habits.

• Propose plans build and followup on marketing activities to close gaps at each Retail Environment ensuring consistency with strategy in coordination with Retail Marketing and framed on an agreed timing taking into consideration resources and limitations.

• Reviewimplementation of price strategy and addresses pricing opportunities vs competitors (by country) to improve profitability.

• Leads Demand Planning and sku portfolio optimization.

• Setand ensures implantation of the Media Strategy by country.

• Keeptrack of performance to assess against goals and give awareness of to the team.

What You Need (Required Qualifications)

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Industrial Engineering or related

• At least 4 years in Marketing or Retail Marketing
• Nielsen Advisor Knowledge

• Intermediate-advanced English Level

• Experience in consumer goods company
