Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team in Tucson AZ. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing high-quality hands-on care to our patients while supporting the nursing staff in delivering outstanding medical services. We are hiring immediately for this position.
Responsibilities:
Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing grooming dressing toileting and feeding.
Monitor and record vital signs including temperature pulse respiration and blood pressure.
Observe and report changes in patients conditions to nurses and other medical staff.
Offer emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
Ensure accurate documentation of care provided.
Requirements:
Active CNA certification in the state of Arizona
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
COVID-19 Vaccination Record or Declaration Form
Negative TB test or chest X-ray
Updated résumé
Previous experience in a clinical or long-term care setting preferred
