Our Organization is seeking a dedicated School Psychologist to join a collaborative secondary school team in Florida for the remainder of the academic year. This full-time role focuses on middle and high school students and offers the chance to support academic achievement behavioral growth and social-emotional development in a diverse student population.
As the School Psychologist you will provide comprehensive psychological services support IEP development and progress monitoring and use data-driven strategies to guide interventions. You will also play an active role in school-wide initiatives leading professional development for staff and hosting workshops for families to strengthen student outcomes and foster a positive school climate. Collaboration with teachers administrators and related service providers is essential to ensure consistency and support across all learning environments.
Position Overview:
- Facilitate family workshops and informational sessions.
- Deliver psychological services to students in grades 612.
- Support IEP development implementation and progress monitoring.
- Collaborate with educators administrators and related service professionals.
- Collect and analyze assessment data to inform interventions and instructional decisions.
- Lead staff professional development focused on academic behavioral and social-emotional strategies.
Requirements
- Valid School Psychologist license in Florida.
- NASP certification preferred but not required.
- Masters degree or higher in School Psychology Educational Psychology or a related field.
